Anger Management is a 3-week class for adults seeking help and support in the area of emotional regulation. This class teaches individuals how to identify stressors, take necessary steps to remain calm and handle tense situations in a constructive, positive manner.

*Childcare provided for those who request it 24 hours in advance.
