Active and Strong is designed to challenge our active adult community to maximize their health, however other ages are welcome. Classes are created to help maintain our participants cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. Whether you’re a veteran gym member or a newcomer, you are sure to enjoy the benefits of working out with a group of older adults who desire to stay fit in their golden years.
