Cardio Strength

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

This conditioning class develops strength and balance, while toning all major muscle groups such as arms, legs, abs, lower back, and torso. Exercises will be combined with various equipment and such as stability balls, steps/plyo boxes, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, TRX suspension, BOSU balls, bands, and your own body weight.
